Rates & Features
HALF DAY
$250 Covers first 5 hours of space rental. Any event lasting less than 5 hours will still be billed this same base fee. This fee also covers basic setup and cleanup.
FULL DAY
$400 Covers full day (5+ hours) of space rental. This fee also covers basic setup and cleanup.
CUSTOM CATERING
Need catering? North Shore Marina can provide a custom order based upon your needs!
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable $100 security deposit is required to be held on file at the time of check in and will be voided upon completion of rental with no damages.
Renter must sign the Event Center Rental Agreement (PDF).
